Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how dev>nulll (“dev>nulll”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit our website or use our software. We keep data collection to a minimum and design the product to be local-first wherever possible.
1. Who we are
dev>nulll is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY / SOLE PROPRIETOR NAME] (“the operator”). For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@devnulll.dev.
2. Information we collect
- Waitlist email. If you join our early-access waitlist, we store the email address you provide so we can notify you when the product launches.
- Technical data. When you visit the website, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes limited technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Account & bot data (the app). The desktop application is local-first: your Telegram session and bot tokens are encrypted and stored on your own machine — we do not receive them. If you use the paid cloud hosting, the bot configurations and runtime data you choose to deploy are processed on our servers solely to run your bot.
- Payment data (paid plans). Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details; we receive only the information needed to manage your subscription (e.g., status and the last digits of your card).
3. How we use your information
- To notify you about launch and product updates you requested.
- To provide, maintain and secure the service.
- To process subscriptions and payments for paid plans.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (waitlist and marketing email), performance of a contract (providing paid services), and our legitimate interests (securing and improving the service).
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare), our email-delivery provider, and our payment processor — each only to the extent needed to perform their function, and bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
6. Data retention
We keep waitlist emails until the product launches and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to remove them. Account and billing data are kept for as long as your account is active and as required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@devnulll.dev. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link.
8. Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest for sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above.
